Headless Horseman Pumpkin Ale

Specialty Beer

Also known as "It's the great pumpkin ale Charlie Brown" our pumpkin ale is a seasonal favourite. We add roasted pumpkin with the grain in the mash tun to produce a uniquely flavoured wort. The wort is then boiled with a light addition of Goulding hops cinnamon and nutmeg to accent the beer. Come join us for a pint in late October till it is gone.

India Pale Ale (West Coast)

At 60 IBU this Pale Ale balances well with the large amount of malt used to achive its 6.5% abv A treat for hop lovers everywhere.

Dark Wheat

American Wheat Beer

Our Dark Wheat is made from 50% wheat malt and Hallertau hops are used to form a well hopped amber beer. Most try this beer with a lemon but you can usually catch the brewer enjoying it with a lime.

Skullcrusher Nut Brown Ale

Nut Brown Ale

Brewed for the winter months this dark brown ale is 6.5%. Chocolate Malt and Dark Crystal malts are used and balanced with Goulding Hops to produce a robust beer with a very round mouth feel. As with all our seasonal beers it is a limited addition and will be available till it is gone.

Wheat Ale

American Wheat

Using 50% Wheat and 50% Canadian 2-Row we have produced our newest Ale. With the addition of select German Hops This is a crisp american wheat beer best served with a lemon.

Cask Conditioned

We Cask Condition several of our own beers. They are available in limited supply and move quite quickly. You may find Cask pumpkin, Dry Hopped ESB, IPA and Hockey as well as the Nut Brown Ale. Hope you have the chance to enjoy the tradition and flavour of our hand poured casks.
